Can you suggest any of the STI parts that is definitely worth the installation without sacrificing the daily drivability of the car?

Those must have been some crazy aggressive pads.

I know they are JDM, but are they sold as "street" pads or "race" pads?

Can go wrong with the Body Kits pieces.

I believe lowering springs and front lip compromise ride height and clearance on speed bumps.

When I had it, the STI flexible strut tower was great. Of course the interior tidbits like the different shift knobs (there are 3 types you can find), push button start, the Lip kit is great if you are not lowered too much. I scrap mine because I have Eibach springs. I think the only things that really negatively effect daily (for me) were the pads. Otherwise, all of the other STI parts have been amazing. I know it's not STI, but the TRD axelback I put on honestly outdoes the HKS I had. I really like it.

On the STI website they do warn of some squeaking. But I feel part of the excessive noise may have been user error. Though I did grease the hell out of them.

Still, I'm keeping them as they were amazing for back roads!
