No, not talking about the radiator fan. The blower fan that pushes the HVAC air through the vents inside the car. Compared to my jeep or wifes CHR the 86 blower is weak.

Once the bumper is off they are both pretty similar.
Radiator you need to drain the coolant
AC you need to drain the AC at a shop with a machine.
Otherwise a couple bolts mounting them in place, and a couple hoses need to be pulled off. Really the physical swap is pretty easy and straightforward.

Then you need to fill and purge the coolant system for radiator
Take to a shop to refill the AC.

It would not be too much more involved to do one while doing the other.
