Hey @Dadhawk, wanted to let you know. The first time I used the Carolina Treet, I simply basted the chicken as it turned on my weber. It was just ok.
Then I tried the recipe on their site; marinated legs and thighs for a few hours, then baked in the oven, basting once half way thru. Outstanding! This is now one of our favorite ways to eat chicken. I'm down to my last bottle. |

Yea they used to have a whole list of good recipes up there. Not sure if they still are or not. I tried most of them and was really happy with all.

WOW! I learnt something today already. I didn't realize that part of the ribeye could be a cut of meat. I watched the video on how to cut it off. However, if I ask my butcher to cut a piece of that he would probably charge me about $50 per pound -
