Not ears, pork shanks. Pretty good if done right. Not so much if done poorly.

Oh, so, pigs wings aren't the pigs ears (they look like wings more than the shanks do - )

Pork shanks? NOT eating "high on the hog" -

Hey @Dadhawk, wanted to let you know. The first time I used the Carolina Treet, I simply basted the chicken as it turned on my weber. It was just ok.

Then I tried the recipe on their site; marinated legs and thighs for a few hours, then baked in the oven, basting once half way thru. Outstanding! This is now one of our favorite ways to eat chicken. I'm down to my last bottle.

Yea they used to have a whole list of good recipes up there. Not sure if they still are or not. I tried most of them and was really happy with all.

Oh fuck you and the lobstah roll you road in on. The only way I'm ever going to have a lobstah roll is if I make it!

I so want a lobstah roll.

One of the best steaks ever. If you see ribeye cap, buy it.

WOW! I learnt something today already. I didn't realize that part of the ribeye could be a cut of meat. I watched the video on how to cut it off. However, if I ask my butcher to cut a piece of that he would probably charge me about $50 per pound -
