I ordered that and should receive it this week; the install looks super easy.
Apparently it may not be quite so easy. Has anyone in here installed this and have tips on how to secure the OBD2 "control box" and cabling? The P3 install video literally says something like "next, secure the box and cables" and then completely skips that part, and almost every video on YT does the same thing lol. So I'm guessing everybody has a hard time and is to embarrassed to show it on video, except one dude who has a 1 hour video on his whole process, but even he has trouble.

@Kaotic Lazagna and I were thinking of removing the dash panel under the steering wheel, which would free up space to maneuver the cables through the vent opening and down to the footwell, then figure out where to ziptie the cables, and then use velcro/command strips to stick the control box to the back of that panel, then re-install it.

if you have any tips that would be helpful

Is that because you are too low? The one I use has a relatively high walled “wheel chock” you need to drive into and I barely clear with my STi springs. I bet my car looks so funny slowly rolling over that thing.

Yeah, too low. I think it would be tight for a stock car at the places close to me. There is one about 15 miles away that doesn't have the wheel chock, you drive through it with your pace directed by lights. I hit it every time I go by.

Sure.
Unfortunately all my runs on Saturday were dirty, so here is my best scratch run.

Sunday I did get some good clean runs, unfortunately no video of the fastest, but here is the second best. This was .8 second slower then my best, which was good enough to get me 9th PAX out of 140 drivers.

Like a picture of the STi side skirts and rear spats, or STi side skirts and front splitter?

So I got the P3 gauge I mentioned earlier this week and installed it myself today! I'm completely unable to install things myself usually, and @JeremyR, @tehShirt, and @Kaotic Lazagna know very well how much help I need from time to time, either with advice or physical help . But I really wanted to try this myself since it seemed like an easy install.

Weeeell, it wasn't that bad! Had a couple problematic steps but nothing permanently or visually damaged . I still need to route and bundle some of the wiring but it's not too messy.

Excuse the scuffs, please:

Will try to update with some night shots whenever I drive the car next at night.

Started using the 'gauges' on DashCommand app to show the oil temperature (right chart - red).

And figured I include the coolant (blue) and the intake (green).

Oh ya... how do I do the 'thank you' thing?
