Swapped in spare engine. Installed verus anti-starvation fuel flapper thing.
Did full nut and bolt check on the car since I have an event coming up. Found bad right rear wheel bearing Fuuuuuuuuu.......... WTF is with me and wheel bearings 3 Right Fronts, 1 left front, and now this one.

A 5x114.3 swap would beef up your failure point, since they have beefier bearings IIRC... or, since it's a probably a heat thing, maybe titanium brake shims and/or two-piece rotors, to keep heat from from cooking that grease into ineffectiveness. Two piece rotors would probably cost more than the 114.3 swap, but they sure would look cool and do a ton to reduce rotating/unsprung mass. I ran DBA 5k's on my spec B and loved them. |

Today filled the tank 105th time and got my second highest MPG (36.9). Tracking with Fuelly. Average on Fuelly and the dash is also very close for the 25k tracked. Happy BRZ owner

Ended up being a bad spherical joint on my toe arm. Much easier fix.
