Re-posting these spy shots out of curiosity. Back in Oct. 2019 when these came out it was theorized it might be Toyota's version of the Ts, but that never happened.

This "test car" features a revised front bumper, seemingly working brake ducts and outlets along the fender, and changes to the trunk lid that sort of resembles a heavily toned down version of the duckbill found on the Supra.

Not sure if we ever got an answer as to whether it is just an aftermarket project, or if they were testing aerodynamics for the new car/ platform/ whatever. I don't think it was ever spotted again.

I would've prefered a poll to guess the next gen's name. FR-86? Gazoo frrrrzzz? Supra86?

Media outlets are picking up that Instagram post with a new leaked timeline from Toyota ...... that was shown here months ago.

Now begins the cycle of the everyone (outside this forum) hyping every spec and then being greatly disappointed when the actual car arrives
