Mine pulls upwards and flutters at high speed. It really bothers me. Also... 125mph or 125kph?

My hood doesn't flutter. The giant duct in the front helps quite a bit. It's crazy driving in the rain on the highway. You can see it pushing the rain away from the center of the windshield.

You mean the big duct that lets high pressure air into the engine bay, which then pushes upwards on the hood?
