In fact, I think the number 2 was so prevalent because the subconscious knew without access to the frontal lobe for processing that was about as high as I could probably count. Like hey stupid.. can you count 2? It's the secret to the Universe... LOL

More rational than random flashes. Rationalization is frequently not rational.

I take 3 heart meds that, according to the manufacturer, produce "vivid dreams". I call them nightmares. Not fun. I often wake up in a panicked anxious state, but can rarely remember much of the dream.
I had another sleep condition maybe I'll share later. |

I'm looking forward to @humfrz sharing his nap dreams.. He must have a novel's worth of stuff, and that's just from his last few days of napping..

How in the hell did I get drug into this thread?
I figure I do have dreams/nightmares, but I don't remember them, which is one of the few advantages of short term memory loss - ![]()

I have always had a reoccurring theme in my dreams dealing with sharks and water. Everything else is usually just gibberish from my subconscious. I don't try to interpret my dreams very much, but occasionally there will be an almost foretelling message to them. During my time in the military and afterwards for about a year, I used to have extremely vivid and violent dreams. To the point I did not want to sleep.
