Actually, La Salle had them first in 1934 and they were functional.

Like the 6 push clips on the aluminum? I always put them in first so I don't have to hold up the plate

New Exhaust

I purchased a new 2019 Toyota 86 TRD Special Edition in September. After driving it for a few months, I decided to replace the factory exhaust with something quieter in the cabin, but still sounded great outside. Based on feedback from this forum, I chose the Invidia Q300 and installed it over the weekend. What a huge difference! Super quiet inside, but still has that low rumble outside like the TRD exhaust did. I'm very happy with the change.

You should be able to sell your old exhaust to recoup the cost

Finally put everything back together, put Toyota badges and black housing tail lights on, and took the car for a spin since driving it last month. I was confused as to why I was getting ABS and TC lights and why my brake lights were out, but instead of making a new thread, I actually used Google. Reseated fuses and all was well again.

Pics tomorrow, or whenever I feel like it. Still have an e-brake handle and drift button to install, but waiting on a BRZ e-brake boot first (because the red stitching is better and adds +5 ricepower).

E brake you can take out the spring so it doesn't lock when you pull the e brake aka drift button.

The "drift button" is a mod that replaces the original button with one that can be turned to toggle between normal or permanently unlocked. Unless I'm mistaken

Now I really need a picture of it. I couldn't understand it. My hand brake (park brake) does not lock when I push its button I guess you are talking about something else.

Edit: OK i got it I think. Something like this I guess. https://www.ft86club.com/forums/show...t=drift+button
First I thought it was something like the drift mode button of Ford Focus RS.

It does this:

I can achieve the same result with my drift button if I was as stupid as that guy.

WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR FRS TODAY?

Installed my gift from Santa Claus! 2017+ tail lights, I’m super happy with the updated look.
