You should probably get a build thread and update it with all these things you go through instead of making threads in the technical topic sub-forum.

Sorry to hear it though, that sucks. it probably won't run fine for long. Coolant will contaminate your oil sooner than later if you drive it like that.

This is better because it gives notification of a specific issue and any follow up comments, instead of having to find and look through a random build thread and never knowing if/when something relevant to that specific issue pops up. your posts are in the correct location.

What are your plans for making sure you don't blow a head gasket again?

Are you planning a swap now?

I really have much respect for you and for your crazy build, even if I Don t know you and started reading from you only lately
And I don't really understand a lot of your choices of going cheap in things like that!!
But I really hope you ll stick with fa20 and make it even more extreme as now, looking forward to it
Cheers

Interesting, do you have a build thread with supporting mods? I'm at 10 PSI, tuner says I can raise it slightly starting at 1 more but everyone says not to. Everything is stock and on 93 pump gas, no E85 in my area.

Heard the transmission will go before the rods will, something about 4th gear will be the first as the sudden shock to the drive train.

On pump, stock trans should hold up for a while at your power levels. The extra 1 psi is not gonna get you much. Leave be and enjoy.

Lmaoooooooooo solidsnake you are my hero. Here's my mental image of you: garage door is open till 2am every night, then the garage light goes out. Your kid could win the flashlight holding Olympic gold. Empty beer cans everywhere. Your wife asks in the am "u fix it yet?" You answer "not yet but I'm getting closer". Cheers to you and all the physical, hands on, greasy handed, aching back, blood sweat and tears you put in.

What is the CP ratio on your pistons to be running 21 LBs of boost?

Im at 11.5 CP and my max capable boost is 8-10psi before the limit of 91 octane
