Oh yes.

Just last week, I was helping my granddaughter, who is in the 7th grade with her math.

I advised her to ask ma-ma. If that didn't work, ask her mother. If that didn't work, ask her math teacher. If none of those people could help, come back to old pa-pa and I'll think of some other people to ask.

Unless you're just bragging about what you're studying, I'm open to hearing more detail.

Won't help. He wil just go stare at the next table until somebody there gives him food. I have seen it happen.

No sir, just genuinely concerned about my upcoming exam LOL. It’s like they took sequences from grade 8 and just handed it to a rocket scientist and said hey make this more complicated thanks.

I remember how humbling it was for me to struggle with the relation between difference and differential. Is it a dedicated class, or part of a more general topic

That is pretty creepy though. Every time I drive past a big office building, I wonder what it would be like to be working there on your own. Even schools seem creepy after hours when no one's there.
I worked out of there again today. Absolutely nobody on my floor the first two or so hours, despite the occasional sound of a door closing.

Then at one point, in the darkness behind me, I hear somebody walk by and go to the men's room. And I looked back at them, but they didn't say a thing. And then they finished up, walked out, and never said anything either.

And it's creepier because I didn't recognize them at all, lol.

For cryen out loud, spike021, snap out of it -

That fellow they fired 10 years ago had it coming. It wasn't any ones fault that he blew his brains out and left a suicide note that he would return and make the people on that floor pay -

OK, here's what I suggest you do. Ask that smart Asian girl in your class out to dinner on the condition she will help you with your math assignment.

Maybe she can explain it so that you understand it and ….. maybe you will get "lucky" -
