I understand the costs involved, the R&D associated with all of the modification necessary to make more power out of an already high strung engine like the F20. I respect the work Don has done and commend him for being so open and forward with a lot of information other manufacturers/developers/mechanics and tuning houses would keep private.I also have no doubt that what Don asks for this kit will be a very fair price...

But it's a lot of money for 50hp.

They are far from done tuning. They are at 3 psi with creep up to 4 psi in the upper revs. Their target is 6 psi and the tune is still being worked on.

Still if you really think about it.... 33% improvement over stock at 3-4 psi is nothing to laugh at.

All valid points. Longevity may play a factor in how far the buck can be pushed - but that's part of the reason it's so great that a few guys in the know are pushing the limits.

Don, with high HP targets and the pistons you plan to use for forged builds etc, will you be lowering the compression ratio?

What kind of duty cycle you see on the injectors? Are they going to support 300-350whp stock? I would guess the port injectors are around a 250cc or so, and DI are around 300cc? Just a wild guess. But it will take 550cc to support ~350whp.

You are on track for 240whp on 6psi rather easily. with exhaust, could be around 260whp. Nice.

For sure. I will end up just waiting a couple years more than likely until prices are in my tolerable range. I want the extra power, the car really should have it, but I am not going to be forced to finance an upgrade while still paying for the car.
