Yep, he still holds his Canadian Citizenship. I'm not 100% sure that he has US citizenship yet. He had to wait two years while in the Marines.

There are 3000ish active F16s in the world. Only 900ish are still in the U.S. as the Air Force is no longer buying them here at home. They are being replaced by the F35 though not the F22. The Joint Strike Fighter / Lightning / Panther whatever you want to call it. Due to some of the issues with the JSF though the F16 does have a service extension at the moment.
