I'm surprised any of the MT aficionados find it necessary to run with a battery at all. Sure push start isn't always convenient but think of the weight savings....

Obviously the battery is no good if it drains sitting listening to music for an hour and only charges during deceleration. I wish some engineer would look into that and post a big expose on the issue.

So awesome I got the mechanic to re-tighten up my parking brake cable after like 6 years and once I got onto the highway i start to smell something burning, then the rear started to shake and then BOOM! lost my parking brake.

Of cuz it was my fault for using the parking brake wrong all these years and it suddenly decided it's time to take a dump.

I'm gonna have to take the bus for a bit.
