I like old anime. Akira. Castle of Cagliostro. The newer stuff is so boring. Attack on Titan was just painful. I got 3 episodes in, I think. Darling in the franxx? I learned the term "fan service" from that. 3 episodes in and quit.
Some older things are better, even ones I haven't seen. Ranma 1/2 is hilarious but gets old quickly. Yu Yu Hakusho is clever and funny but slows down pretty quickly. I'm just not into the whole slow-ass battle thing. Naruto is great for 5 episodes or so, but I can't get past the fight on the bridge. 3 episodes or something? Yawn. Dragon Ball? The worst part of all anime put together. So give me real stories. Some plot. Some character. Some action, but not a conversation as they fight. Dr. Stone is clever. I did like Robotech as a kid. Voltron too. The newer versions? Yawn.

1. I finally got my speakers, a pair of JBL 708P. Hooked them up to a miniDSP SHD Studio. All digital until the signal hits the speaker. Ordered an SVS PB-16 from Best Buy. Due at the end of the weak. 175lbs of powered, ported sub, and 200lbs in the box. They'll load it into the truck, but I'll need some help getting it out once I'm home. Also ordered a Topping D30 DAC to run it, since everything else is digital. These JBLs are LOUD and CLEAR. I'm hearing things in music that I've never heard before. Not whole new sounds, just textures to sounds that were never reproduced clearly. It's especially apparent in electronic music, like Daft Punk and 808 hip hop. I'm fucking loving them. And when the PB comes in, then the bass is gonna be huuuuuge. Also I'll set up the Dirac stuff.
2. Last week, blood pressure was 133/88. A shitty day. Feeling stressed. 10 minutes ago, 122/83 and 122/80, taking two measurements. Amazing what stress can do to the body. 3. My daughter is officially ahead of me in math. I mean, I can probably catch up right now if I work at it, but she's 14 and doing honors pre-calculus and algebra 2 at the same time. She finds it annoying. I don't think she's going to be an engineer.

Sorry for your mishap, Sir.
Here's my opinion based on personal experience but zero level of expertise. There's a good chance something is tweaked underneath that cover. Your choice whether that matters. Once you straighten it out the cover it may look fine now, but there's a good chance you've got creases in the paint or top coat that will eventually show itself. Paint is flexible, but not that flexible. We had a similar thing with my son's Accord. He got rear ended, the car had over 150,000 miles on it so rather than repairing the cover we put the other person's insurance money in a replacement fund. He's still driving the car, but after about a year spider cracks started showing up, and the top coat has popped off in places.

humfrz is going to start watching anime?
I hope he likes seeing broads get banged by monsters with tentacles and such. because that's like 45% of it. the rest is split between kids in giant robots and gruesome deaths.
