Sorry, my inner douche overpowered a semi-decent person in me.

I clipped a Deer once... Stupid bugger kept staying on the right of the road and I slowed down to give it time to cross. It decided to keep running along the side for the next 1-2 minutes. So I slowly started to speed up. Then it decided "Oh Hay, a broken leg sounds awesome" and darted in front of me.

Did not feel sorry at all. Stupid deer....

+1

As much as I love dogs, dogs are property. If someone's property damages your property, that person is liable. It's no different than hitting you with their car.
