I've driven in every snowstorm the passed 2 years in this car. Never been stuck(knock on wood), drifted many times to work, have done donuts in work parking lot.

Snow is a blessing and a curse. Easy drifting and easy on car; lots of shoveling and evil salt.

Only got stuck twice in 4 years, getting out of street parking on ice.
Winter is easy mode for shenanigans. I'm almost looking forward to it.

It is awesome in snow. I had to work and drive back home in a freak snowstorm here in NC. By the time I was out of work there was maybe 8 inches of snow on the ground in some places. Why anyone else was driving around was beyond me, there were idiots in front wheel drive cars and 4 wheel drive trucks that had obviously just gently drifted into snow banks because they didn't know how to drive. The main road out of town wasn't touched at all, the town was so cheap I doubt they had put anything down. The entire way out of town I was going about 15-20 and mostly sideways. If I sped up the car started to spin, when I slowed down the car started to get stuck. I passed 4 cars on that road alone that had been stuck. I was very happy when the actual highway was clear. I cannot tell you how much I was lamenting forgetting to put on the snow tires, but the all seasons managed to not get me killed.

Waste of money IMO for 3-5+ HP put in a K&N or similar air filter and get a silicone intake tube that deletes the stupid ass noise generator. Then consider eliminating as much weight as possible. Don't put shit on or in your car that makes it heavier. Oh and don't listen to guys that tell you the 86 is slow...friend of mine has a 2017 GT 5.0 and the best he can do is 5.2 seconds 0-60 on the data logger in the car. Once we hit the twisties he can't keep up.

i had that happen. was practicing my j-turns in the middle of a multi-acre completely deserted snow-covered parking lot(wouldn't have done it if there was even one other car there).

an off duty cop decided to scratch his power itch, barreled in flashing his personal cars high beams like it was life or death, and threatened to write me up for reckless driving and endangerment(to who, i really don't know), and impound the car.

a$$hole cops are the worst.

snow covered lots aren't as much fun as they used to be for me.
