Try vaping. You can slowly reduce your nicotine usage. Or vape for the feel and patch for the nicotine. Then slowly reduce the vaping once the nicotine pain is past.

i recommend vaping at car shows while wearing a flat brimmed hat.

nothing kills a fad more than retired people picking it up!

We had to euthanize our cat today. Renal failure at < 3 years old. Probably our fault. It's been a rough few weeks.

Don't know. Current theories include momentary exposure to bathroom cleaner, long-term exposure to toxic things like grape stems and amaryllis (because toxic things taste great right?), some sort of infection, bad food/water, etc. If it were some discreet occurance it was back in May.
