I hear that. My new barber is an Asian lady. She doesn't speak hardly any English and smells like kimchee, but she gives a good haircut -

For sure I'd fall right off that thing.

Also, it's funny that I didn't read any of the posts yesterday before posting about working out and you guys were already talking about weight loss. Weird how I managed that. I'm not trying to lose a ton of weight, started at 207 and would like to see 200. The heaviest I've ever been was 225-230, so I've never been massive, just a little soft around the middle. (For reference, I'm 6'2")

Well, if you fell off before you completed the station (four rows of twenty bars each) you had to start all over again. If you fell off again. you had to do push ups till you couldn't do any more. If the drill sergeant didn't think that was enough, he would have you follow him around, low crawling while he berated you!

It seemed unfair that I had to put extra effort to keeping my legs bent. Couldn't swing them to help. At least that's how I remember it.

That's better than being on the shorter, stocker side where your arms barely reached between the bars and you basically had to jump from one to the other.

Yaaaaaa! Three day weekend for you -

We had a sleep over last night. The upside was that we didn't have to get up at 0600. The downside was that the wife and three granddaughters were struggling in the guest room king-sized bed. So, I suggested that they sleep in our king-sized, sleep number bed.

Of course, my first suggestion was the two older ones sleep in the guest room and the three year old sleep with us in our bed, was nixed by ma-ma for whatever reason -

So, I slept in the guest room bed with my clothes on, making believe I was just taking a nap. Now I know why our house guests never stay more than one night, my back is killing me -

My strategy was to "get ah swingen" then go for every other bar. The turn at the end onto another set was tricky to "keep the swing". This strategy allowed for the least amount of time suspended on the bars -
