FRS Side Marker Wiring

Hi All,
I am in a bit of trouble here.My passenger's side marker stopped working. I checked the bulb, which is good. The fuse is good as well because the driver's side marker is working. I also have a broken pigtail connection. At this point, my prime suspect is faulty wiring. Does anyone know or a diagram of where that side marker wire comes from? I wanted to start checking the voltage along the wire and see where the fault is. Also, just to confirm, the voltage I should get at the pins should be 12 V, correct?

Try replacing the harness itself to see if that works:

Thanks for your suggestion. I think the wires are shorted somewhere because now I have blown the fuse.
