Here ya go (I'm being serious). This will be the best $30 you ever spent.

No matter what the temperature is, meltdowns will happen. I suggest you place this puppy close to where she usually sits, so she (NOT YOU) can turn it on whenever she wants. HINT: Don't YOU turn it on or she will attack.

NEVER ask her why it's ON, it don't matter if the house is 65 degrees F and you are wearing heavy sweat pants, a flannel shirt and a cotton vest.

I'm dealing with a septic issue myself right now. It appears the last three times we've had the tank pumped they only removed one cover. The second cover was part way under a concrete walk so they never tried to remove it. I had the walkway busted up and the tank cleaned last week. Unfortunately the out flow pipe seems to be plugged. The crew who were here thinks it's either been crushed or plugged by roots. There are two giant trees either side of where the pipe exits the tank not to mention an over grown bush right on top of it. Tomorrow I get out the chain saw and remove the bush. Then, start digging to find the pipe.

Yep, same here in Washington, the seller has to have the septic inspected and pumped (if not recently done) prior to a sale and transfer of title.

I have owned three houses that have been on septic and all three were problems when I sold them (although they worked fine - ).

During my 10 years of being a real estate broker, I sold hundreds of houses that were on septic. Interesting stories I could tell - shut up humfrz, no one wants to hear your shit stories!

This one worked out, the bike is finally sold.

Sold it to a younger dude who was gonna learn to ride on it. He brought his dad who was licensed to come ride it home, but the dad hadn't ridden a bike for something like 4 years. He stalled it out like 5 times trying to test ride, then when restarting it, held the starter button for way too long and nearly burned it out, causing a little bit of smoke to come off the side of the bike. The starter still seemed to work fine though so :dunno_black: . Hope the dad was able to ride it home okay lol
