I changed out about 12 can lights yesterday to LEDs. Got about 12 more. Got the bid from the tree guy. Ouch. I budgeted 25k for home repairs, lawn mower, washer/dryer, etc. and I'm burning thru that pretty quick. Making my daily Home Depot list. I was hoping to spend some of that on some new furniture, but oh well, gotta get the house and yard healthy first. Lots of empty rooms.

I forget I can't drink like I used to.. Ended up drinking a few more beers to hydrate since I'm all out of water. I also just ordered a ton of food so I'm pretty exited haha

There will be some sort of folding platform the same height as the wheel well bench cabinet. It will extend to the kitchen cabinet when open. Its a short van, Im trying yo cram as much in it as I can. We will see if it actually all works! lol.

I have Hettich soft closing hinges on our kitchen doors, really nice... Self contained units with tiny little dampers ..

Drive around town and find a crew of municipal/utility tree guys. See if any of them want to do work on the side.

I have a nice bed and dresser, a wardrobe, several tables, desks, and more tables. You just have to take it from Cali to Potato.

Is the sink really going to go underneath like that?

Yep, it's a common way of doing it. Silicone it down then run a bead around the inside edge. I am confidant in it. we will see though

It looks great. I get your point about filling in the voids, and it's not like this sink will have dishes soaking in it for hours at a time.

Yep, fixing side sewers are expensive -

In these parts, it's against the rules to put garbage (food scraps) in the trash bins. So, I usually put leftovers out for the racoons. What the racoons won't eat, the "cleaner" (a possum) eats most of it. What is left, I put up on the deck rail and the crows either eat it or carry it off.

Are you on sewer of septic up there in Idaho?
