Don't worry, the right buyer will come. its just a waiting game, I have in the past put my property on the market and at the same time moved into the new location (rented/bought).

Empty properties are easier to sell as the new buyer is seeing a blank canvas. And, places you in a better place as you're no longer in a chain.

Don't get down, be happy as your current home deserves a better home maker.... Enjoy your retirement.

Mrs. Ultra told me that story one morning.

Yep, that is plan "B". We decided a while back if this house falls thru, no more house shopping until we get there. Cost me $700 just to fly out and check it out.

while you do have a point, statistics and reality has shown me that this is not entirely true. and why house-staging companies even exist. few people have the imagination to envision what a house would look like with stuffs in the room.

i've spent 45 agonizing minutes holding up a 30 pound hanging light fixture so people could decide if it matches the rest of the room because they lacked the imagination to decide that in the lighting store. this has happened a few dozen times to me(even more times, i'll install a fixture and they'll request us to remove/change it later because it didn't match anything). that was a fun extra expense to have to explain to the boss and the customer.

Finally getting my headliner fixed monday.

Picked up my last check at work yesterday. Don't know why, but they always have your final check hard check. Last time I plan on ever being on that campus.

headliners are really not too terrible to replace on your own. but of course a lotus is different than a ranger.

I don't mind having a shop do it. It is tiny enough, and the top comes off. Easy job for a pro. I wouldn't know what I was doing. Worth a couple hundred bucks to have it done right.

I reckon that depends -

Back in the day, as a real estate broker, I would rather have sold an empty house, as opposed to an occupied house -

You know that you've been shopping for wheels and tires for too long when you start to notice the fitment on passing fire trucks.
