I finally started a new build after 8 years.

My inherited 760 was finally showing signs of dying so I just bought a 2080.

All in I'm gonna be spending around 2.5k.

I've amassed 42 hours playing The Division 2 (single player). While I think the art work is phenomenal!! the outside scenery is not very varied while in Badlands there were different environments to explore (desert, mountains, jungle).

I've "invested" hundreds of hours into the Borderlands games and I will be getting the latest installment as well. From the trailer I think it is looking like more of the same which is both a good and not so good thing.

Metro Exodus was beautiful to look at but I thought it was lacking some of the atmosphere of the previous games.

Still no official word on the release of Cyberpunk 2077 but there is suggestion that it will be a late 2019 release. I am a little excited for this game.

I bought a lot of the fanatical packs this month. A bunch of games to try. Just played Crysis for the first time. Seems alright.

Borderlands fans, what do you think of the new "improved" graphics? Has anyone played the BL1 GOTY with the refreshed graphics? I've been playing through and find them to be both subtle and quite nice actually.

In case you haven't seen the offer, Uplay is giving away Assassins Creed Unity for free as a tribute to the Notre Dame Cathedral. The model of it in Unity took them two years to build and is supposedly accurate down to the layout of the individual stone.

Just fixed my 7 years old PC.

Power supply was bad. Replaced.
Found a faulty memory stick. Gskill honored the lifetime warranty after 7 years
Put in a RX 570 and 2500k @ 4.1ghz

Not sure how I survived on a chromebook for two years

Division 2 came for free with graphics card, you guys think it is any good? I remember playing Rainbow Six on my iMac like 17 years ago.

Had work and didn't wake up early enough. By time I got in they were already showing "influencer" live streams.
