You can get the whole series on Steam I think.

I remember exactly when I played the first game in the series because it was the night my first son was born. He was born a around 6:00pm, and the hospital threw me out at 8:00pm (they had not converted over to "birthing rooms/suites" or whatever they call those rooms now where the Dad can stay all night).

I was hyped up and knew I wouldn't be able to sleep. Stopped at the local Egghead software store (some of you may remember those), after looking around picked up the game, went home and finished it on sitting just in time to catch about an hour's sleep before heading back to the hospital around 10:00am (when they would let me back in).

That's the only time I've played a game through in one session.

Nice. Probably better they kicked you out. When my kids were born I was there. I felt so in the way. I would have much rather been playing a game.

I was chatting with my SJ realtor last night. People are funny. The questions people have. One lady said the house wasn't for her because there is no access to the back yard. I have a gate on both sides of the house, one big enough for RV storage, a door in the garage to the back yard, and 3 sliding glass doors going to the back yard? Then she said she wants a house she can do dishes while watching her kids play in the back yard. Yes, my house has the kitchen in the front. We can't spin the house 180 for you. Sorry.

One couple came with tape measure to see if their couch would fit in the living room. Another asked if the garage door can be made wider. Funny stuff.

ish, I bought mine because it was in a good neighborhood, close to work and my realtor said it would be a good investment. if I get anywhere near what I've estimated the value to be now she'll be right.

I was looking for a one bedroom loft downtown originally. bought a 3 bedroom townhouse.

Uh... 12 seasons with the original core cast.

You have a great point but I was talking more about when the rest of the ship crew were still alive an functioning.

My first day of showing houses to this Chinese lady, she said she really liked this one house, but it didn't face East.

So, I told my partner that she needed to screen listings for that lady and only choose the ones that faced East. She said "you've got to be kidding me!" I said, nope -

Next you're going to demand that they only wear leotards or something.

Yeah, feng shui. Even street numbers matter. I can tolerate superstition if it has positive effects, but some things are just stupid.
