That's a 'Scotch Egg' it's a soft boiled egg surrounded by sausage and then it's deep fried... can't be easy to make but it tastes damn good.

Oh and it's sitting on top of a beet horseradish

For my next entry in my "Cubicle Cooking" cookbook I'm trying a wonderful Crockpot tomato based noodle soup. Can't wait to see how it turns out.


EDIT: With a splash of Cholula, it is actually pretty tasty!
