I have the pressure washer. Been pretty dependable.

Gotta love the little WRX engine cover.

I finally did some stuff last week!

Speedline dark smoked LED side markers
OEM chrome fender trim
Kenwood DMX 7705S head unit and backup camera
OEM red footwell illumination
Speedline convex blue lens polarized mirrors (didn't wire for the blinkers yet)
Plugged the stupid sound tube

I am super happy with how the Kenwood sounds. So much better than the OEM unit. We didn't even add new speakers yet, and it sounds much better. I love the apple car play too.

You guys - I have been reading this forum since I bought the car. Thanks for all the tips and good info so far!

I figured out how to turn off the display on a 2017 head unit after wanting to for over 2.5 years of owning the car

Carbon Productions front lip and takata/speedhunters tow strap. Not sure how I feel about the lip only having 12 self-tapping screws, no tape or bolts. But I'll keep an eye on it.

well, thats how I installed my plastic one...but I used gorilla tape over the screws to keep them from turning or coming loose. Its held up pretty good.

Did the spark plugs today. It wasn't super hard or anything it was just a PITA getting my hands in there. My hands, wrists and forearms are killing me. I wanted to wash it today but I need a break. I don't think my hands could take it right now

Put them on as soon as I came home from work. The quality and functionality of the hood struts are second to none. Love these things.

The fit of the TRD Style aero fins are decent for what they are. They just stick onto the stock fender pieces. Will wait a couple days to see how the double-sided tape holds up. But so far the fitment seems good, so I'm pretty satisfied with them.

Also, I added a couple other little details to the car. Bought some oem Honda centercaps, sanded off the H logo, and painted them with Duplicolor GOLD spray paint, and the color match is just about spot on. Centercaps are the perfect size, snap right into place and are very tight.

And I added some AE86 Corolla-esque "BRZ Quad Cam 16" door decals at the bottom edges of my doors a couple weeks ago. Kinda gives it that nostalgic look to it I guess

where did you get your BRZ quad cam 16 decal?

Took her out to Baytown all 4 days for TX2K19. About a 40 mile drive but it was a great time. Met a group of Subarus on I-10 and just cruised on the way there. Saw some pretty cool BRZs and Subarus in the parking lot too. Even saw a twin run a ten second quarter mile. Anybody else go out there this weekend?

What did you bolt your tow strap to? I was trying to figure that out.

Left for work this morning, no backup camera. Cycle the key, nothing. Check the reverse lights, nothing.

Finally got a chance to pop the hood, nice sized rat staring at me. Found the wires he tore up, a good chunk of harness right under the brake booster. Violet wire looks like it's the backup signal. A smaller white-?? is chewed but intact, smaller blue-white is barely chewed. Large brown-white wire is missing a good section.

Looks like I'm coming in to work early tomorrow to pull my booster and repair some wires. And find a way to run that bastard off before he does more damage.

And just noticed the left drl is out. What a pain in the ass.
