Two main things for me are decent sports seats and keep the digital rev counter etc from the original concept - maybe build in sat nav/ipod integration where it had the image of the track. I think the instrument panel and the seats were the main features of the original. Come to think of it, just give us the original concept interior!

Things I dont want -
cup holders - this cars for driving
cd player - just give me a usb/ipod integration
big heavy seats

actually..yeah the original concept interior was fine, just clean up the digital cluster a little bit like temp control etc can be moved to the main hub screen and whatnot just because most buyers will give it an awkward look. Add in nav, etc. and the thing is good to go

^+1

I remember squeezing bottles/cups in between my legs when I drove my 3000VR4. Not fun...

Damn some of you guys are asking for too much!

Now that I have a feeling this thing is going to be a Scion come 4/20, it's going to have TOO MANY speakers, a neon light system, some ghey 2 tone print on the door panels and seats, a stupid commercial along with a no haggle price!

All of my hopes and inspiration of this car has near been shattered once the FT86II was released and a snippet of FT86 aka Scion FR-S tag has been said. Maybe it's time to stop expecting.

I want it to look very close to MK1 interior without zippers. I want BT connectivity and a I-pod dock.

I was basing on this article even though it's from Dec '10 and who knows where they sourced it from.

I'm starting to get annoyed by all of the iPod (not sure what an I-pod is) connectivity requests. The apple ecosystem connector is not the gold standard, or a standard at all. I do not have an iPod or iPhone by choice and do not want to be forced into it. The new standard of phone connectivity (phones are becoming the primary music devices for many people) is going to be micro usb, so if anything would be docked, it would probably be that. I would be shocked to not see at least a usb connector on the dash, or the very least, a 3.5mm jack. A dock on the other hand, would be completely selfish to put on all of the cars, due to the wide rangers of connectors currently on the market.

/rant

Any-dang-way, personally, i would like to see either a completely computerized gauge area, or something close to the concept. No cd-player standard, in favor of usb/3.5mm. Long tracking seats and very adjustable steering wheel (because i am freakishly tall). A sound system with a decent factory amp, and at least 2 tweeters and 4 speakers. Soft touch everything. 2+2 seating. A cup holder for every seat. Enough places to put things. A/c, because weather sucks, especially lately. A bottom hinged throttle. Thats all i can thing of for now...
