Nah. Food takes about 24 hours to work through the system. If you eat dinner, stuffs ready to come out the 24 hours later, but if you don't go at night, it'll come out the next day.

At this point in car technology it is just a money grab, so California will never stop. They will figure a way to test electric cars.

I would call the service manager and ask him. You're in warranty, get it on record.
