My cars is awaiting spring in the garage and I have started collecting toys for the next season.
I have recently bought Rays Gramlights 57 Xtreme 18x7,5 wheels and four Rays blue center caps.

So far so good. No cels or errors displayed. My car has about 12000 km on the odo, and about 3000 km with the supercharger. There is only one issue. It didn't fit perfect under the hood and scratched paint a little bit. I had to hammer the hood a litttle bit above the intake tube. It is much bigger pleasure to drive this car now. Especially on the highways. I can go 90 mph on 5th or 6th gear and accelerate very rapidly any time I want to without changing gear.

Regards

Seb

I took for a short ride my brz yesterday. It started without problems after winter.
Next, I removed the tpms sensors from my stock wheels and transfered tchem to my new wheels. I still don't have the lug nuts, so I borrowed the summer wheels from my Subaru Legacy. Imho, BRZ is looking good with that wheels.
Next, I put the new Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires on Rays Gram Lights wheels. I was lucky to get tires produced this month (0519)!
New wheel weights 18,1 kg that is 1 kg less then stock wheel !

Here is how they look:

I have received a long awaited parcel with wheel nuts and center rings from Rays company. These are Duranuts standart in gun metallic.

I have also chosen a ceramic coating from Gyeon Quartz company. I hope to apply it this weekend.

Hi,

Today, I have protected my new wheels with Q2 Rim by Qyeon. First, I washed the rims with hot water and dish soap. Then, let it dry. I used some IPA to remove any moisture and grease. I applied two coats of Q2 and let it cure. The manual says , the coat is dry after 24 hours. I used a suede cloth to apply the coating on the outer side of the rim and a foam applicator on the inner side. Then I polished a rim with microfiber towel.

Hi everyone,

today, I hve decided to install my new wheels. First I jacked a car. After a few seconds I received a phone call from my monitoring compant that something was wrong with my car . I didn't expect, that sensors installed in my car were so sensitive. Ok, then I check if the center rings fit on the hub and after that installed thim in the rim. Everything went smooth and after about an hour new wheels were on. Below are some pictures.
