No buzzwords required, my undergrad degree is in Philosophy so lots of "theory" and reading the room.

You're a d1ck and you get straight for the gut? To each their own I suppose.

Edit: And somehow I got censored for that one (originally)? So confused.

The firefighters have made it to the half way point, the Camp Fire is now 50% contained.

Unfortunately the death toll has increased to 71, with a whopping 1,011 people missing.

Air quality is still listed as "Very Unhealthy" in the bay area, and I can confirm that.

There's not much of a smell to the air now, as I believe the larger carbon based molecules that smell like burning have somewhat dissipated or dispersed. Unfortunately there's now an ultra fine white haze in the air. This is the tiny particulate matter that's especially damaging even though it doesn't "smell bad". The particles are so tiny that they bypass some of the body's natural filtration capability, and go straight into the deepest part of your lungs.

The air is getting to my wife and I and we're starting to feel health issues as a result. Chest pain, eye and throat irritation, and a general feeling of being unwell like malaise or fatigue.

During periods of heavy breathing, I suggest you incorporate masks as part of your sex cosplay.

Buy a true HEPA air filter. We have two IQAIR and two Holmes filters. I leave the IQAIR on 24/7 365 at home. With the HVAC circulating, it the clean air ends up going everywhere. Also the HVAC has filters on the intakes. The Holmes were stored but I just took them out. I'm going to take one upstairs to my parents and one to my mother in law.

The fire on Palomares isn't listed as out yet, but the road is open. A fire truck on the road last night at 9:45pm, but they may have just been there to mop up.

WTF I read on the web that Sacramento air quality index is hitting 366. Grab a HEPA filter mask right now!

It's a quiet day here at the humfrz day care - because it's Saturday -

I'm ah feared that the 2.5 year old granddaughter is destined to be a "hot rod".

Last night, about 10 PM when we were taking the granddaughters home (yes, we keep them till 10 PM on Friday night to give their parents a "date night"), the toddler was back seat driving and told me "pa-pa, you're going too fast".

I told her to hang on, that THIS was too fast.

Then, I floored the 3.6 liter V-6 and it screamed to life, with some scary torque steer and a roar -

The toddler screamed with glee! She then said "VOOM-VOOM - PA-PA GO TOO FAST AGAIN -

I did, one more time -

Are you sure those girls even still recognize their parents?

Good thing you didn't have the FRS or the poor toddler would have a skewed perception of "fast"!
