Does a cold air intake going to improve on my current setup?
I currently have ACE 350 header with Delicious flex fuel kit and custom tuned by Delicious. Would adding a cold air intake add any power to this setup? If so what brand do you recommend? Do I need a tune revision if an intake is added?

Very little to be gained if you put a drop in filter and intake tube on stock intake and maybe cut of snorkel. even this is only worth may 3 hp or so. If you do get a complete intake you will need a tune revision as most will alter the MAF (mass air flow) sensor calibration. If you have a 2017 or later car the intake requires nothing as its already got better filter and intake tube than the earlier models Header tune and E85 is best you do NA |

I'd stick with OEM if you are staying NA. I've never seen any real gains from a few different intakes on my cars.

Unless you are willing to fork out $2k for the Revolution Garage intake, the answer is no.

With the amount of money you would have to drop for a new intake and a tune revision for maybe a couple whp gain you're better off putting it towards a boosted setup.

Grimmspeed one has shown some gains, especially with an aftermarket tune to take advantage of the additional air.
You can "max out" the stock intake design by swapping the piping with a smoother metal or silicon pipe and either modify the snorkel or replace with an HKS or Greddy snorkel (will require you to remove the bumper). Add a cloth or foam drop in filter as well. On a stockish tune either approach is worth about +5-7whp |
