Thanks!
I'm not sure whether my hips gave out when I started running and I fell down, scooping up my granddaughter or I dove for her and my hips gave out during and after the roll. YES! *** - time for another dose. My wife has me on this grape juice - fruit pectin concoction and my daughter has me on a ***. Been about two weeks now, neither seems to be working. The Doctor (a DO) won't give me any more steroids for another 6 months. I can no longer take NSAIDs because they were overloading my one remaining kidney. So, I have an appointment with a hip(s) replacement surgeon next week. I know, I'm a mess. It's hell getting old. However, my mind is still - is still - where were we - ![]() humfrz |

Edit: I'll admit, I tried the *** stuff earlier this year for my knees and ankles. Like you, I shouldn't be taking the NSAIDs anymore. I was taking them 3 to 4 times a week. I'm doing much better now, only having to take NSAIDs 3 times so far this year. For my problem, diet and lifestyle changes did the most good. I didn't feel any change in Inflammation with the ***. I was hoping they would work for your hip. Last edited by Sapphireho; 09-27-2018 at 09:04 PM. |

There are times when I think a two year old would be a more effective weapon than a rifle.

If the light actually came on at 29 and not 24 or 22 or whatever it felt like that day.

Lately I have found that "you know you are going 10mph under the speed limit and you don't need to brake a 1/4 mile back from green lights" is incredibly effective at creating an uncomfortable ride.
