Yep, all the Hitch&Timber stuff is very good quality.
I used to put it in the front pocket but found I never used it lol.
I was carrying the Swiss Army knife and a regular knife because “thats EDC” but there’s no point for me. I don’t use them.

Now I just pop a Fisher Space Pen in the coins pocket of my jeans.

Will an LEO see the bottle opener as just that though? lol

All "gun discussions" are banned? Not politics, but anything to do with guns in any way? That makes no sense. Tens of millions of people in the US are involved in all manner of related pastimes, from hunters to EDC'ers to Olympic athletes. This is not a valid topic of conversation? :headscratch:

This forum is international. Hundreds of millions have no interest in discussing a purely local phenomenon.
Beside having a clearly stated forum rule about it.
Also a forum rule deprecating FF street racing discussion. Some people cannot get their heads around that one either.

Politics are banned as well. The two topics often go hand in hand. Generally with poor results.

You misunderstood what I meant because I did not phrase my comment well. "Guns" can be a poitical conversation, or simply one about sports or pastimes.

There is no rule that everyone has to be interested in an "off-topic" thread. If you aren't interested, skip past it.

What I am discussing is the reasonableness of that, not whether or not it's true.

Terrible analogy. Street racing is illegal everywhere, and there is a need to not condone, explicitly or implicitly, illegal behavior on the forum. I am not suggesting allowing discussions about committing crimes with firearms.

I definitely know what you mean, but this is literally the only forum I've been on where the children can't "play nice" in a general discussion or off-topic forum. Even on forums dominated by left-coasters and Canadians (the mountain biking forums I am on, for example), it doesn't seem to be a problem. The rule here seems like more of a political statement than "crowd control".

I'm not trying to debate that with you, I was just expressing my understanding of the forum rules. -

Understand all that from your point of view.
The owner is Japanese. He's allowed (freedom & etc.) to set the policies he wants.
Personal beliefs, cultural attitudes ...
There may even be government strictures involved if the servers reside in Japan.
Don't know, doesn't bother me. Participate if you like. Follow the rules.

German servers definitely have defined topics that are legally actionable.

Oh it IS a crowd control. I've deleted/banned countless posts, threads AND members just cuz they can't play nice in political or religion discussions. They just go berserk calling name cuz of they're certain party member of politic or religion. I'm talking about countless of them. Most member can play nice, but mods nor admins got time or energy to read several dozen pages on politics or religions. Admin also thinks that if you wanna talk about those things, there's site/forum just for that... which I do agree with.

As for guns discussion, it was fine for a while... but 4 idiot members (maybe it were 3) ruined it for everyone by pissing off Admin, so this is the consequences we gotta live by.

This is the truth and sad truth of it.
