Like NC said, you don't really need the bite point beyond just getting moving in 1st.

You just want to have smooth inputs on both the clutch and the gas to keep the shifts smooth. Usually that means doing the shift quickly so that the revs don't drop too much.

Amazing quality, looks great, feels awesome!

After a few days, how does it feel now? Is it grippier/not as slippery compared to the original stock 2017+ steering wheel?

Vacuumed and washed my BRZ today. Had a nice little pile of dirt collected under the weathertech floor mats, in the corner below the dead pedal.

Still looks and feels like it did on the first day. The leather seems to be of higher quality than OEM, that's for sure.

After depressing clutch all the way to the floor, when I change gears either 2nd or 3rd I hear some sound under the stick is this normal? It's not grinding right?

I have 900 miles now after driving 3 weeks. I am not good in smooth shifting and there is slight jerk and sometimes slight noise while shifting. I haven't noticed grinding noise so far. I am frustrated that I haven't driven cleanly so far. There was a fear of slow start from stop and that is gone. Yesterday, WRX was driving behind me and later he came next to me and waved at me kind of good?

Planned to install my Swift springs, White Line camber bolts and White Line RLCAs today. Stripped out the end link...of course. Have a new set in the mail so I’ll have to reschedule all the work until next week. Should have just planned to replace them anyway and just cut the old ones out. Feeling disappointed but once all that’s done I’ll have my xxr 527s ready!!

How are we supposed to know if the sound is grinding or not when we haven’t heard it? If you are pushing the clutch pedal all the way to the floor before shifting as you mentioned above, it probably isn’t grinding. Again... it’s more about synchronizing your clutch/throttle inputs than how long you hold the clutch pedal down. Typically a “jerk” after shifting as you have described is due to releasing the clutch without applying any throttle to synchronize the shift. Just remember, shifting smoothly involves using BOTH the clutch and gas pedals, you should be applying some level of throttle before the clutch pedal has been completely released. Try watching some videos or ask an experienced manual driver that you know to instruct you.

I made my own armrest to replace the factory armrest/manual that came in the glovebox.

Used a pre-stitched cover from ebay, from a wrx or something. then used recycled leather for the bottom. wood for the base, and mix of high density and low density foam, first time doing this sort of thing, it was fun and a learning experience.
