Yup 17's clear with plenty of space. They are +38 offset.

17x9 will be close unless you're on coils, but I'm on RCE springs with -1.4 camber up front, 245/40 and I still managed to clear, but its maxed out, about 2mm of clearance

66mm x 58mm which doesn't really fit.

So I sanded it down to 65mm and wrapped the clips with 3M friction tape.

3mm up front to clear the Brembos (PP Brembo and STi Brembo seem to be a bair different - The FT86SpeedFactory advertised clearance of 3mm does not hold true on STi Brembos on this platform)

No rear spacer. I could run one back there but I haven't fit one yet. I have been waiting for the CNC to not be locked in on a production job at work to run some personal stuff through. Intent is to make a hubcentric ring and spacer combo.

I gotcha. I run extended studs and Kyo-ei spacers. Plan to run 3mm all around when I get my +38 57CRs in the next 2-3 weeks. I'll be running 245/40/17 so I think I need the little extra push for the best fitment. 255s tend to do it without spacers sometimes.

255 with the 3mm is a touch bulgy as you can see below. I don't run into any issue with rubbing on a pretty soft spring and damping setting and very mild camber. 245 should clear with ease as this was my spec a few sets of wheels ago on RPF1 and 245 PSS (also pictured below)

Depends which tires you run too. The MPSS 245 has a tiny bit of stretch but they are on the narrower side for 245s. I've seen other brands that look more square on a 9" wheel in a 245/40
