Same people who put three thick slices of 'mater on egg salad sandwiches.
*EGG* salad. Not *A* salad.

It's a conspiracy. Time for the purge.

Yes, it can be. It eats away the intestinal linings. My mother has it. It is rare.

I want to slap every douch bag that thinks gluten is bad because it is trendy. Fuck you.

And people who truly have celiac know bread has gluten. They don't need a label.

It was blazoned across the nice plastic container though so it must be good.

Who the F makes pizza with "free range" goat cheese, artichoke and cauliflower? Who? WHO????? Were the artichoke and cauliflower also free range or just the goats? Were the goats even free range or just their cheese? How does one round up free range goats in order to milk them anyway? Are their goatboys riding around the Napa valley bringing in the free range goats?

I did think it was great that their double avocado sandwich was "vegetarian and glutton free" though since it sucks when you are expecting just avocado and find bits of vegetarian mixed in.
And this is why I choose to not live in California. Also, all the restaurants I've been to in CA have had a warning on the door that the food served is known to the state of California to cause cancer.

Turns out, if you inject some bits of pulverized food into a 100 mice, a few of them will get cancer. And therefore the food causes cancer. Science!

That has nothing to do with labeling, but it IS why it annoys you. Deep breath. Put it in the pile with "contents is hot" and "may contain peanuts" and "don't put your fingers in the machinery" labels. Let it go.

It can be, though it is a longer term thing - destroys your insides over time if I recall correctly.

For the record, I do NOT have issues with gluten beyond the fact it makes for delicious bread.

Reminds me of what a toxicology professor at UC Berkeley once told me …… "you give me enough grant money and time and I can prove anything can cause cancer" ……

Well, I played all weekend. Had a blast at the kickoff, and a really great time showing @Tcoat a little bit of my part of the world.

Now all hell breaks loose for the next few months. kitchen demo starts a week from today.

Hope the kitchen demo goes well!

Thanks again for showing me the Lotus. Was going to mention the other day, but forgot, that the interior reminded me of the GT40's, only a bit smaller. I got to sit in one of those originals at Blackhawk Cars and Coffee last year and I think it has a similar kind of high ridge door jam thing and small visibility.

Lol I wasn’t annoyed. It was just an attempt at a fun review of the Cali culture as seen through their airport food. If it had truly annoyed me it would have said something very very different. Or nothing at all.
