You definitely did. It's visible from York Road. My brother lives in Hunt Valley and now when I go to see him I take I-83 so I dont have to see my poor car in the current state.

I hope I can! You give me hope! I work an insane amount of hours a week and have very little time for other activities. This car was to-me/from-me to give me some enjoyment during the periods I was not doing work/school. Now I feel like that joy has been taken away from me, and all I can equate the car with is me initially thinking the gas tank had exploded due to the force of the impact. (And I suppose the feeling that the diminished value claim is going to be a slow and stressful process that will ultimately recover only some-to-most of the depreciation caused directly be the accident isn't helping?)

At the same time, I should probably also be thankful that I was in this car rather than the car I had seven weeks earlier. Had I taken this hit in the older car I had, I could have suffered permanent neck/spinal injury, and that would certainly be much more problematic than the property damage caused and money I have lost as a result of being hit.
