Personally, I live in Germany and sometimes they will not even change lane in autobahn because they see a Subaru and not a German car.

I was thinking to buy a rear wing too, but was afraid of the same issue. It is how people usually react. I would have to store it and use it rarely.

Stopped off at the store on my way home yesterday. As I was getting back to my car a little Fiat Abarth was parking behind me. A C7 was exiting the lot right next to us at the same time. I got in and started my car and the driver of the Abarth proceeded to rev the hell out of their little toaster. My engine was still cold so I wasn't about to have any fun with it, but I'm pretty sure they were louder than I would have been. Through all this the C7 was just quietly rolling through the lot as if they were a Camry.

Audi 2.7t... granted it was uphill and around a corner, not sure if he moved into the slow car lane as a courtesy or he wanted the inside of the turn, but either way I was catching him anyway and once he grabbed for the next gear I was gone still winding away around the outside.

I was out headed to dinner with my girlfriend in the passenger seat tonight when we stopped at a light. I took off like I usually do, I wasn't even really paying attention to the guy next to me at the light more so than usual. He jetted ahead of me in his V6 Camry from the light and then I lost him on the curves without even really trying, getting through the next lighted intersection ahead of him with him being forced to stop and take a red light.

I only know he was trying to race me because my girlfriend was watching and pointed it out after we'd already left him behind at the next light. Apparently it was two guys in the car and the passenger was egging the driver on or something. It's got way more power, no comparison, but it can't carry it through the corners... it's a grocery getter why you racing at all?

Ever since I gave my car 12psi boost and went full exhaust with better fuel options, I just laugh at muscle cars realizing that during a straight line our cars can not only pull nearly as hard or harder, but NOT kill crowds at the same time 🤣

I've realized the tS draws a lot of attention. Every Mustang wants to rev at me. Yesterday I had a lifted truck full of high school kids want to race and then they all gave me the finger when I wouldn't. After that a 350Z was going the opposite direction and then turned around so he could line up next to me at a light...

I had some stupid kin in a BRZ trying to get me to race this morning after church.... I was in the daily.... its a newer 528 M sport, debadged but still LOOKS pretty "M-ey" so he had to have thought it was an an actual M car. For him to not realize it wasn't a real M, I assume by his ignorance he had no real power mods. He did floor it at the light and I did pursue and pull on him HARD.... couldn't resist. Then I thought.... I bet he thinks his car "only" lost by that amount to an M5. Probably made his day.

I hate that BS. You're gonna go out of your own way just to line up with another car. Not have much of a life much?

I had an old BMW do that to me, turned around to line up at a light, of course the week i ordered a turbo kit, I was still with just headers. I rolled down my window and said "I'M SO SCARED!!!" and he smirked, feeling the needles of my sarcastic comment.

He almost wrecked around curve fleeing from me around cars.
