SPC are same as Whiteline's and as Eibach's, just different paint/slight differences in pricing. Don't know, whose it's original, whose rebranded. They all are stock-alike stamped steel except eccentric bolt for camber adjustment, so yes, that should all have mounting hole for headlight beam height adjustment.
Velox kit is designed to fit exactly holes cut in velox LCA. I highly doubt that kit being usable for any other aftermarket LCA unless it's some chinese-ebay shameless exact copy of Velox's.
Imho best bet would be to measure approximately where/how should adjustment kit be mounted on stock arm and make some hack-up simple mount in some local shop for LCA one has. Imho should be simple enough with some plate bent around arm and with screw hole where need to be.

The Megan racing ones work fine with the stock leveling bracket though, I have the megan racing LCA on my 2017 BRZ and it has a slot to bolt in the OEM leveling bracket.

just to bump this since i'm having the same problem with my 2017 86. i lowered it this past weekend, and while the rs*r rlcas i put in have the mount point for the rod on the sensor, my headlights point straight at the ground now since the sensor thinks the suspension in the rear is very compressed.

i read something about detaching the arm on the sensor, setting the headlights level by manually moving it, and then unplugging the sensor so they don't move on their own anymore. i'll probably give that a shot, since it's the cheapest/easiest solution. i don't care for the auto adjustment anyway and i don't usually have a lot of extra weight in the car other than myself.

i also tried adjusting that knob on the back of my headlights...it didn't do anything for my headlights that are pointing at the ground about 20 feet in front of my car. i'm guessing adjusting the knob on the headlight had no affect because the sensor on the rlca is so maxed out haha. going to give this a shot after i get home today though, hopefully it works.

a quick update with mine...

i just disconnected the linkage from the rlca, removed the arm from the sensor, and slightly turned the end of the bolt that was left sticking out in order to adjust the headlight level. worked fine for me. i don't plan on hooking the arm back up, because it's not that important of a feature for me.

i asked ft86speedfactory if they offered an adjustable link to replace the oem link that attaches the sensor arm to the rlca, and while they didn't when i asked, they now offer the cusco one, if anyone wants to keep the system hooked up.
