At the current rate of rust on that one part and the unpainted bolts and fittings I would say sometime around 2060. If ever.

With no guarantee that the paint on it is any better than before. For $3 I can pull it, clean it and paint it with a proper coat that will outlast the rest of the car.

+1 super cheap part. That area collects more shit than the trunk hinge does. I disassemble and clean mine periodically. Use anti-seize on the screws because they also rust.
