Enough pipes were shipped to cover every kit with the older style pipe. They have all been accounted for and swapped out. I know how many were delivered in America by HKS, how many were sold, and how many were replaced. It all balanced at the end. I know this because we are the exclusive distributor of HKS in the good ole USA.

I can't speak for other countries which is why I said America.

Are you sure about this?
I just bought one, and it does NOT have the pipe with brackets. has terrible shaved welds all over too. bought on ebay from unscrupulous vendor dumping old stock.
