Yep.
So what's the question? If it's under warranty take it in to the dealer. Assuming you haven't fucked with it. If you're out of warranty we'll, you can try and fix it yourself or take it to any reputable mechanic.

I guess? Maybe that was too much and I offended him/her.
Or his/her Google-fu got lucky and found the answers they wanted/answered. At least they didn't ask my honest opinion about tow straps.
