CEL, TCL, P0300, P0301, P0303

So I was driving home, and went to get on the freeway. I didn't quite floor it, but I got on it a little to get up to speed. At the bottom of the onramp my CEL flashes about 4 or 5 times, and stops. I back off and start cruising around 65. About 10 minutes later my CEL and traction lights start flashing, then go off. Another 10 minutes and my CEL and TL come on and stay on, and I start losing power. I pull over and have the car towed home. All other indicators in my car were normal (oil temp & pressure, coolant temp)

Plugged in the code reader this morning and I'm getting P0300, P0301, and P0303, which is random cyl misfire, cyl 1 misfiring, and cyl 3 misfiring. Any thoughts on what could cause this?

Car is a 13 FRS with works stage 2 turbo.
