I knew there was something up with you! Nobody eats that much food with drizzle on it.

Yes. Musicians' earplugs. Linear attenuation. Been using them for years. If you have health insurance, get an audiologist referral. You can get custom fitted plugs for a C-note. Get the 25 dB attenuators.

This is just a guess, but worth trying.... Try unplugging and re-plugging the airbag connection under the seat. This may fix it.

When I took my seats out of my car, I didn't get one plugged all the way in at first. Had the light come on.

25db, Nice! I'll look into those. Thanks!

I have no complaints about the sound quality of the eargasms, but at times they were barely enough sound reduction. I had to check to see if they were still in my ears it was so loud at the Eclipse Festival.

I think they were $35 when I got them. They say they "have the ability to reduce noise by up to 21 decibels and have a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 16 dBs"

I think this means they reduce the noise 16db, not 21.

They have the ability but underachieve. Maybe they just are not motivated enough?

Interesting. Love my -33db foam disposables for shows/clubs. I guess my hearing is just super sensitive.

Yeah, I have spare seatbelt key to keep the SRS light off... but couple days, SRS light keep coming on. This weekend, I'll double check all the plugs. If it doesn't work, I might need to buy stock passenger seat.
