Firmly and squarely seated ...... then turn till it squeaks once (dry).

Header should be 22 ftlbs

Header to over pipe, and over pipe to front pipe are about 30.

I'm pretty sure we know which &@~*$ing bolt you're talking about. I used several extensions, at least one was a wobble extension and a breaker bar and an impact

Thanks dude and yea I’m going to go back and tighten every nut and bolt to spec.
