Wasn't a fall. It was a jump. Not so bad if you know what you are doing. Watch closely and you can see he slows himself down against the wall as he goes down. I would probably get hurt jumping off a curb.

Yeah. I see it in the video. Not exactly a PLF but he's young and in great shape. Impressive.

It's only 1 story... Looks farther because there's a puddle at the bottom reflecting the sky.

The idea of free running came about when boozing with the lads one night.. the idea sounded great.. thought I'd give it go on my way home..
