I have successfully installed my Ace header and front pipe, and flashed my car with the CSG Delicious tune, and it's amazing. There's so much power up top. There's no immediate acceleration from a stop, but up top, holy cow.
The pedal range is so much wider on the tune than from stock, so initially, what I thought would be WOT was actually just 30% throttle or something. I initially thought the tune was way wrong, or something was off, because I wasn't pressing the pedal far enough to give any significant amount of gas to the car. Haha, a little embarrassing, but I'm glad I learned, because the car just goes now. There's a club dyno day coming up, so I'll post results after that happens.

With Ecutek when you flash the vehicle the gas pedal has to relearn positioning basically but usually after the first 15 minutes you should be good to go. So right after you flash you will notice that you're having to use more gas to get the same effect before the tune, it's not permanent and it goes away.

Just an FYI - you can recalibrate the drive-by-wire accelerator pedal sensor by putting the ignition switch in the on position without the car running and slowing cycling the accelerator pedal through its full range of motion 20 times. This essentially forces the ECU to go through a re-learn throttle sequence.

Any time ecu is flashedwith new tune, with any tune system ecutek tactrix oft kess it will reset all the ecu learned parameters in RAM memory, same thing happens if the power is completly removed from ecu ie battery terminal removed. Their is a whole bunch of stuff learned like fuel trims knock control, throttle calibration cam calibration. Its important to let the car idle for a least a minute after reflash\reset to let ecu do its thing, the ecu continuously learnes and adjysts these parameters, you just notice it more during the initial phase as everyting was set to default |

Throttle delay would only be caused by the driver not slamming the pedal to the floor fast enough. After getting used to the full range of the pedal, this is no longer a problem. I can give it precisely as much gas as I want, when I want.
