I encounter way less shitty driving experiences in the truck than in the FRS. People let me merge, I don't tend to get cut off, I don't get people trying to race me. It's so nice.

You should get it. They handle better, stop better, parts are ridiculously cheap for them and if you think the twins' aftermarket is huge.... you have no idea how much stuff is out there for corvettes.

The absolute nail in the coffin was when I attended a Corvette Track school given at a discount to Corvette owners. It was 3 days out in Las Vegas and we got to drive a model exactly what we purchased. Full track school teaching everything you needed to know. By the 2nd day I was driving the Vette like I do my motorcycles on track. Soooooooo much fun. Then come home and putt around in traffic??? No way, not worth it. And I dont have the time and money to track a Corvette. |

Oil changes were ~$100. I had to have the dry sump oil reservoir changed out (thankfully it was under warranty). I have OCD and the stresses of taking it anywhere, getting rock chips, and door dings really annoyed me. The monthly payment was about double of the FRS too. |
